Tests Included in Endometrial Assessment
2D and 3D Uterine Ultrasound
This is the basic and essential test included in every fertility assessment. It allows evaluation of uterine anatomy and the detection of abnormalities such as polyps, fibroids, adhesions, or uterine malformations in a quick and non-invasive way.
Endometrial Receptivity Test
This test evaluates whether the endometrium is receptive at the time of embryo transfer. It helps determine whether the implantation window is displaced and allows the exact day of transfer to be personalized in order to maximize the chances of success.
Endometrial Microbiota Analysis
This test analyzes the bacterial balance of the endometrium and detects microorganisms associated with chronic endometritis.
A healthy uterine environment, with a predominance of Lactobacillus, is associated with improved reproductive outcomes.
Endometrial Immunology Testing
These tests evaluate the local immune response of the endometrium and its ability to tolerate the embryo.
