IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation)
IVF is a fertility treatment in which eggs and sperm are combined in the laboratory to create embryos, which are subsequently transferred to the uterus.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
IUI is a fertility procedure in which a specially prepared sperm sample is placed directly into the uterus to facilitate fertilisation.
FIV Genetic
An IVF treatment that incorporates Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) to help select embryos free from chromosomal abnormalities and with the highest implantation potential.
Egg Donation
An IVF treatment that uses donor eggs for women whose own eggs no longer offer sufficient chances of achieving pregnancy.
ROPA Method
The Reception of Oocytes from the Partner (ROPA) allows two women to share motherhood, with one providing the eggs and the other carrying the pregnancy.
Mini IVF

Initial Fertility Consultation with Our Specialists
The initial medical consultation provides valuable information about factors that may be affecting fertility, including medical conditions that patients may not immediately associate with reproductive health. During this assessment, our fertility specialists will review aspects such as:
- Autoimmune disorders.
- Endocrine and metabolic conditions.
- Previous abdominal surgery.
- Previous pelvic surgery.
- Reproductive and gynaecological history.
This comprehensive evaluation allows us to develop a complete picture of your overall health and identify any factors that may influence fertility. Using this information, we can recommend the most appropriate and personalised treatment strategy for your individual circumstances.
Comprehensive Medical Assessment
A general medical examination may identify clinical signs associated with underlying endocrine or metabolic disorders. These may include hirsutism, characterised by excessive hair growth in areas not typically associated with female hair distribution patterns, which may indicate hyperandrogenism originating from the ovaries or adrenal glands.
Increased Body Mass Index (BMI) may also be associated with thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, hyperinsulinaemia, and other metabolic conditions that can affect fertility. Identifying these factors early can play an important role in improving reproductive outcomes.
Gynaecological Examination and Fertility Ultrasound
A comprehensive gynaecological assessment, including a transvaginal ultrasound scan, provides valuable information about structural conditions that may affect fertility, such as uterine abnormalities, fibroids, endometrial polyps, polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and hydrosalpinx.
During the examination, an Antral Follicle Count (AFC) is also performed. When combined with Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) testing, this assessment provides important information about ovarian reserve and reproductive potential.
